The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Online course is delivered through BMGI’s interactive eLearning system. Courses are complete with engaging visual content and animated modules, as well as activities and real-world case studies. Students master the learning modules at their own pace and in their own time.

Pre-requisites and Eligibility: 

Individuals with prior formal learning and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt may register for the course.

Certification Criteria:

  • Complete on-line learning in full (including modules, quizzes and exercises)
  • Complete BMGI’s exams and secure at least 70% on each exam
  • Successful completion of 1 project (with application of the DMAIC tools learnt)
    For self-sponsored individuals, if project at current workplace is not feasible, please contact us for options

 What you get?

  • Black Belt Completion Certificate: You receive a Black Belt completion certificate, after completion of course and passing the online exam with a minimum score of 70%. 
  • Black Belt Practitioner certificate, on the completion of a project demonstrating the application of the DMAIC tools learnt.
  • Project Mentoring : Throughout your course, you'll receive Online Project Mentoring sessions totaling 3 hours from one of our experienced Master Black Belts. 
    (It is highly recommended to schedule a 1-hour mentoring session after the completion of each course phase: Measure, Analyze, and Improve/Control. These sessions will provide personalized guidance and support to help you succeed in your project implementation.)
