Appropriate for all levels of the organization, this introductory course provides a high-level overview of the fundamental concepts of Lean Six Sigma. It describes the Lean Six Sigma methodology, the role of a Lean Six Sigma Belt, and what it takes to create a successful Lean Six Sigma culture.

Introduction to Lean

This introductory course provides a high-level, interactive overview of the fundamental concepts of Lean, including the elimination of organizational waste and the identification of value add activities.

Design for Six Sigma

This course will explore Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), a powerful problem solving methodology for building new processes and products. The presentation will define DFSS, list and define the key variables for each phase, and identify the characteristics of a DFSS project.

Inside the Innovation Elite

Inside the Innovation Elite brings business leaders up to date on the exciting developments of standout performers in innovation, and gives executives the tools they need to apply their methods to create successful, sustainable innovation programs.

Preparing to Manage Change

The human aspect of leading a Lean project is often much more challenging than the technical aspect. This course discusses how to manage the human aspect of change, the role of the project manager in leading change, and how to identify and manage stakeholders.
