Develop Current State Maps using tools such as SIPOC, process flow mapping, top-down flow charts, and RBWA within an 8-step mapping approach.

Spaghetti Diagrams

Document and analyze the movement of people and materials to identify and reduce wasted motion.

Future State Value Stream Maps

Design improved Future State Maps using Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Takt Time, and learn methods to achieve the future state using Lean tools such as 5S and Visual Controls.
